I looked forward to trying the King Salmon. We did a side by side comparison with some locally obtained salmon. Although I could identify a marginal difference, that additional margin was not enough for me to order it again.

Living over a mile above sea level fresh fish is difficult to get. This is by far the freshest fish that we have tasted. Have been buying fish from E-Fish all summer. Got the referral from a chef friend of mine. He buys from E-Fish exclusively for his restaurant. Delivery is always spot on. I panned fried my Salmon with a beurre blanc sauce. Thanks E-Fish.

I was expecting two full fillets and I got two tail sections and a front section. Fish was great but was disappointed as I had a party planned and wanted the presentation of a whole fillet. I will not buy again for just that reason. Almost false advertising in my mind.
