I cannot emphasize just how much I LOVE this Dry Uni & the exceptional service from E-Fish!!! We've ordered 4 packs already since discovering it right before New Years, and we keep wanting more. We have spent decades living in Tokyo, Japan, and have tried a ton of Uni, but we feel that this Uni is better than some of Japan's most famous Unis (Yura, Murasaki, from Hokkaido, etc). This Uni from E-fish is simply the freshest, highest quality Uni we've ever had. It just melts in your mouth!
The communication from E-Fish is always superb, as one time our shipment was slightly delayed by a day due to an ice storm (definitely not their fault), and at least two staff from E-Fish reached out making sure the Uni got to us safely and in good condition. The ice that is carefully packaged with every Uni order is very robust and keeps the Uni very fresh, even if there's a slight delivery delay by an act of God. E-Fish is clearly very customer-focused.
Definitely will be back for more!!
