Service was superb: they arrived when they said they would, despite a late March mini-blizzard in southeast Michigan (pretty typical!), and were expertly packed. Cooked some for a grits and shrimp dish and the flavor was terrific. They weren't quite s blue as i thought they would be, and as the picture indicated, but that's a minor point.
