The steelhead was out of this world. We grilled it with just a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper and it was perfectly flaky, juicy, and flavorful. It was possibly the best fish I've ever had. Will definitely order it again!

Had the most amazing dinner with this juicy, sweet savory fish! I baked it whole at 450° for 12 minutes. Topped it first with sautéed shallots, garlic and herbs in olive oil and lemon zest/juice, salt and pepper. It was such a hit and super easy. I would serve this at a dinner party anytime! So yummy and so elegant! Thanks e-fish, for a delicious omega-3 filled meal.

Moved to Arizona (from oregon) 3wks prior and I was concerned I can't get my beloved steelhead any longer.
All the fish here is salmon with color add, blah. Was sooooo excited to find fresh steelhead through your company and from oregon
Upon opening the box I was surprised it didn't smell like fish rather fresh water. And look as fresh as when I caught my own. Definitely will be buying more in near future so I can stock up the freezer. Thank very much for your company and the fisherman.

Excellent quality even after waiting an extra day because there were so many Oregon crawfish last night. The fish was wonderful wrapped in aluminum foil with butter, garlic and sumac as well as pepper. Tasted amazingly fresh still. Mid-continent and rural. Worth it for sure.

Most delicious fish I ever tasted and extremely tender. I baked it and added nothing. It does not need improvement! Thank you.
