There was a miscommunication with the shipment. I received an email that stated they were delivered to our air bnb at 1pm on Wednesday, two days before we arrived and the scheduled shipping date. Because nobody was there, I had to drive two hours round trip so that they wouldn’t die in the box on the porch, only to find that the shipment hadn’t actually arrived. As you can see this caused a huge inconvenience. I was then told through email by efish that this just happens sometimes - it’ll say “delivered” when it’s shipped. Probably try to fix this issue when dealing with live seafood? There was no phone number to call and I didn’t get the email reply until after I went there. All that being said, it was delivered on time and the oysters were fantastic! Im not sure I would order again from here though considering what happened.
