Blood line left in, so after cutting it out lost 1/3 of the fish. Also fishy on arrival, not the experience I was hoping for the advertisement (or price). Better off with the thawed product at your local grocery store.

Just be warned, if you are a normal person and start buying from E-Fish there is a very good chance you will become a fresh/seasonal seafood snob and have trouble buying anything less.

Ordered sushi grade bluefin tuna for my daughter’s 30th birthday dinner and it was absolutely incredible quality and was a big hit with everyone and it didn’t last long. The only problem was I didn’t order enough. Thanks guys.

I have purchased the Pacific Bluefin Tuna twice now and it has been excellent each time. We ate it as sushi, sashimi, and also chopped in an avocado and tuna bowl mixed with tamari and a little sesame oil and it was awesome. I’ll be ordering it again.
