About the Product: Atlantic Pollock have a mild, delicate taste with white flesh, large flakes, a firm texture and a low oil content. They have a similar but somewhat milder flavor as haddock or cod.
Quantity: Skin on Pollock Fillets are available in 2 pound increments.
Shelf Life: Up to 3 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
