Sole Meunière is just a flounder which is pan fried in browned butter. You'll receive fish which have already been completely prepped and ready to be fried. Dinner truly couldn't get any easier.
Quantity: Flounder are available in 2 piece increments.
Shelf Life: Up to 4 days in the refrigerator and can be frozen.
