Meet… Red Grouper

Groupers are lean fish with large, moist flakes, a firm texture, and mild flavor. Most Grouper’s have a flavor close to a Halibut or Sea Bass. This is a fish that is challenging to cook poorly, it always seems to turn out beautifully. While Grouper are lean fish they are far more forgiving than Halibut or Sea Bass and are difficult to over cook. While all Groupers have generally a similar flavor, the Red Grouper specifically tend to be sweeter than others.

Sold in increments of 2 pound skin-on fillets. You will receive fish directly from Florida, fresh never frozen.

Can be kept up to 5 days in refrigerator and can be frozen.

Wild Seafood

We love seafood almost as much as we love the ocean the Gulf of Mexico where we fish. Our goal is to assure the fish we offload are always harvested sustainably. We not only adhere to local and federal regulations, but we also go to extensive lengths to set the bar higher for responsible fishing.

We're so committed to improving our industry that we developed a traceability platform which enables customers to see exactly where their fish was landed, who it came from and when it was landed.

Providing sustainable sourced, fresh fish to environmentally conscious clients efficiently is our mission.
