About the Product: Black Cod is a highly desirable and incredibly versatile fish. It's a dense white meat fish with an extremely high oil content and known for its rich and buttery flavor.

Black Cod can be baked, poached, broiled, grilled or pan-fried. Whole fish and large fillets can also be roasted with the skin on.

Its high oil and Omega-3 fatty acids content enables it to stay moist even when barbecuing or smoking.
